Self-Directed Assessment

Where an activity is self-directed such as reviewing a book, video, article, participating in a study group, initiating a field trip or undertaking research an MTANS - CEU SELF-DIRECTED ASSESSMENT form must be completed for each such self directed activity. (A sample is attached to the end of this package.) A copy of the MTANS - CEU SELF-DIRECTED ASSESSMENT form must be submitted to MTANS within 30 days of your completing a self-directed activity in order to earn CEU credit(s) for that activity.
