Membership Dues 2010

By now, all members should have received their dues invoice for 2010 membership fees. If you have not received yours to date, please call the office and ask for Tricia (902-429-2190).
Membership dues are to be received in the office by December 15th, 2009 but cheques can be postdated to December 31, 2009. There is a payment plan available for active members which will consist of two payments that must be received by the office by December 15th - $200 cashable in December and a postdated cheque for the remainder cashable prior to May 30th. Both cheques must be in the office by December 15th.
Members who have not paid their dues by January 1st will be deleted and Provider Number Issuers will be advised to withdraw privileges and liability insurance will be cancelled. Payments received after December 31st will be subject to $150 penalty.
