Yoga for Osteoporosis
We are very happy to announce that in the coming weeks Leanne Tamblyn will be leading introductory classes in Yoga Therapy. You may find that they are a valuable resource to refer your clients.
We warmly invited anyone who is interested to come along.
• Yoga for Osteoporosis - Friday January 29, 5:15 - 6:30 pm.
Leanne has completed 200 hour and 500 hour Integrative Yoga Therapy teacher training with the founders of that modality, Joseph and Lillian LePage.
*There is a special drop in fee of only $5 to try out any of the above classes.
